You have never been denied entry to the United States, deported from, or arrested for an offense. Please be advised that the consular officer will ascertain your eligibility for a visa. You may be requested to participate in an interview if additional information is necessary. Begin the visa application process as soon as possible to prevent travel delays. Do not finalize your travel arrangements until the visa has been approved and transmitted.
